Nobody believes it anyway.

Jillian Carter stayed in a small inn, holding her mobile phone, pondered for a moment, and made a call.

"Hello, Uncle Wilson, it’s me, Jillian Carter. Do you remember me?" Jillian’s voice was lively, still carrying the vivacity of a young girl, "When I was young, I visited your home with my dad!"

The person on the phone thought for a few seconds and then remembered, "Yes, yes, James Carter’s sister, right? Little lass, why did you suddenly think of calling your uncle?"

This call Jillian made was not to just anyone, but to a subordinate of Minister Carter, who is also one of the minister’s confidants. The families of both have known each other for several decades, making them old acquaintances.

Chief Wilson was on vacation at home when he received Jillian’s call; the whole family was sitting in the living room chatting. As soon as Chief Wilson mentioned James Carter’s sister, everyone in the living room turned their attention to him.

"Uncle Wilson, how has your health been these past few years? I’ve been abroad for a few years and haven’t had a chance to visit you again~ Oh, and the Wilson Family’s son has returned from studying abroad, right?" As the other party wasn’t an ordinary person like William King, Jillian patiently made small talk first. When she felt it was adequate, Jillian finally asked for help.

"Jane Sampson, the actress Jane Sampson," blurted out Jillian.

"You want me to look up the actress Jane Sampson?" Chief Wilson was surprised, "Why on earth would you want to look up an actress?"

Madam Wilson, upon hearing the name Jane Sampson, immediately moved next to her husband and threatened, "You dare!" Then, she pinched her husband’s arm.

The force was indeed not gentle.

"Mom, take it easy, look how you’re hurting dad, his face is all contorted," the young boy next to her pulled his mother aside.

Chief Wilson gave his son a thumbs up for the praise and then told Jillian on the phone, "Jillian, it’s not that your uncle doesn’t want to help you, but that he can’t. If Jane Sampson were just an ordinary actress, then you wouldn’t need Uncle Wilson to find her information; I assume you’ve tried asking others to look her up already."

"Yes, but I didn’t find anything," said Jillian. "That’s why I’m asking for your help, Uncle Wilson."

"Since ordinary people can’t find her information, that implies this actress is no ordinary person. You, being not from an ordinary family, should understand what that means. Therefore, Uncle Wilson can’t help you. Uncle Wilson is also afraid of digging up trouble. Jillian, your uncle is still busy, so I’m going to hang up now. Come and visit Uncle Wilson’s home when you have time."

With that, Chief Wilson hung up the phone.

Madam Wilson pushed her son aside and came back, "Jillian Carter asked you to look up Jane Sampson? What does an actress have to do with her, a live-streaming internet celebrity? What, is she planning to play dirty against Jane Sampson?"
