With their own abilities, Spy Overseers had granted the Bug Race many victories in battle.

With a stature as immense as mountain ranges, adult humans alongside the Bug God were like ants. Its combat strength went without saying; to kill it, humans had to blow up an entire planet.

Beyond its formidable combat strength, what made the Bug God most terrifying was its ability to control humans. It was like an upgraded Brain Bug, not only capable of absorbing human memories, but also controlling humans, and using their bodies to communicate with other humans in human language.

There weren’t many types of Bugs in Starship Troopers, but each type was very distinctive.

Considering the size of the cracks in the sky, only smaller types of Bugs could pass through them, with even Flame Bugs likely struggling to make it through.

Theoretically, if only Soldier Bugs, Carriers, Leaper Bugs, and Flying Bugs invaded Blue Star, it would still be manageable—even if their numbers were great, humans weren’t without methods to cope.

But Spy Overseers were also small in size. Although Dong Tianyu hadn’t seen any other Bug Race apart from Soldier Bugs, he couldn’t help but worry about the future.

Dong Tianyu, observing the situation up close, didn’t know that some of the cracks near the cities had already been attacked by humans.

The towering Bug Mountains first became mounds of corpses and seas of blood under the bombardment of cluster bombs, and then turned to ashes under the baptism of White Phosphorus Grenades.

Some even piloted fighter planes, ignoring the danger, shooting Missiles directly into the cracks in the sky.

When the Missiles exploded inside the cracks, the incessant emergence of Soldier Bugs was interrupted momentarily, and not just the Bug Nest, but the supporting Bug limbs of the cracks experienced turbulence in a short time.

Although the Bug limbs stabilized in a very short time, that scene gave commanders hope for sealing the cracks.

So before the first fighter plane returned, two fighter planes equipped with humanity’s most powerful Missiles took off again.

Just as the fighter plane approached the crack in the sky ready to fire, a brilliant blue Plasma Bomb suddenly shot out from the crack.
