Skullius was a long way from properly manipulating aspects of the |Greater Cosmic Law|, but every tiny bit of it he got access to counted towards something.
Indeed, the ability to draw aspects of the law was not too uncommon, but for most, it was useless because they didn't have a means to force some utility out of the traces of the law they imbibed. For Skullius, Maximum Jaqquezjaqqz was the medium that allowed him to use these bits of the law.

[Maximum Jaqquezjaqqz – Prayer of Void and Vain]
+Pseudo-Void+
Formed through the prime collection of Null Life abilities known as the 'Entropy's Harmonising Nimbus', which successfully analysed certain depths to Void's qualities, this Exotic Parlous Nature has most unusual properties.
+The 'Entropy's Harmonising Nimbus' had great ambitions while forging this Exotic Parlous Nature+
If used in <Void>, it can be paired with Andori and other Exotic Parlous Natures to find the boundary of a target's Broader Existence through continuous attacks over their body or soul. The number of attacks required depends on the scale of an enemy. Once the boundary is determined, the Parlous Nature severs the connection between a target and their Broader Existence for a hundredth of a Consternal.
If used in <Vain> - which is preferably done after the Broader Existence of a target has been determined – it will siphon a portion of the foreign Broader Existence, usually up to 10%, and attach it to the user's own.
Each of the siphoned pieces of Broader Existence, on top of contributing to the creation of the |Greater Cosmic Law|, will be used to accomplish the following:
+Unorthodoxly augment the calibre of Andori
+Encroach upon Deity-exclusive prospects
+Add or create separate reserves of Amras
+Create powerful shields than can be sacrificed in the event that the user's Broader Existence has been attacked.
---
+Caution+
Because of the unstable and contradictory nature of this Andori, a limited reserve of it can be produced at a time using exorbitant volumes of Amras.
Additionally, there is a 45% chance that the user's body, Broader Existence, and all its components may be unable to handle the influence of Maximum Jaqquezjaqqz. Thus, it is advisable to be cautious with each use.

Only now that Skullius had obtained some access to the |Greater Cosmic Law| did he understand what the line of description on Maximum Jaqquezjaqqz that said Each of the siphoned pieces of Broader Existence, on top of contributing to the creation of the |Greater Cosmic Law|… meant.
'This was supposed to be a long and drawn-out process,' Skullius said, chuckling as the traces of puce and turquoise fizzled from his fingers. 'I was supposed to defeat Deities and steal pieces of their Broader Existences – because Deities are the best sources of traces of the Cosmic Law – and eventually create the Cosmic Law itself.'
And indeed, he was supposed to be able to create it.
It was possible to have the full set of the |Greater Cosmic Law| at the tip of one's fingers. It literally had to be created within oneself. Skullius imagined the Primeval Deities had a similar goal, a goal none of them had accomplished, of course, but a goal nonetheless.
But then… what exactly would creating the law within themselves accomplish? Skullius had an idea. Boron had pieces of the answer.
'I imagine that's the reason why the Primeval Deities are warring against the Aspire to Divine. They can't yet recreate the |Greater Cosmic Law|, so they are hunting the next best thing – the Breaking Chasms,' the Hybrid thought, placing the rest of the books back in the Mobile Maverick Library. 'The ultimate goal is probably the same as Serenity's. To travel to other Realities.'
How that was possible using Breaking Chasms, Skullius wasn't yet sure.
'Alright,' he thought. 'Andori.'
The Hybrid delved into his Broader Existence. Within that nebulous space between his body and soul, he once again saw his Amras well in the center and his Andori floating around it.
'It's actually bigger.'
Indeed, Skullius' Broader Existence had expanded by a considerable margin. It had been hard to acknowledge it during the heat of the battle, but when he obliterated the Death Knights Soizar had brought, his Ascension Status had risen.
(A/N: Refer to Ch.1632.)
Currently it was…

[Ascension Status: Broader Existence Phase 2]
~~~
Increasing your Ascension Status by slaying other Divines and earning AKH units increased the efficiency and power of all Andori, Exotic Parlous Natures, and Immortal Physiques. The increase was heavily dependent on the rank of Andori, Parlous Nature, or Immortal Physique, though; the stronger they were, the less substantial the empowerment.
All of Skullius' weaker Andori, including [Instant Embodiment of Perfection], had risen by a single sub rank.
The average Divine would have been satisfied. They would have been motivated to strive for more AKH units and increase their Ascension Status, hard as it was. The passive growth was just about the only way average Divines could increase their strength, after all.
…But Skullius was not pleased in the least.
'It is a shame that the Common Reality Leagues aren't as flexible as Skills on Aigas. There's no known way to combine Andori or to even fast-track their growth. At least as far as Boron knows,' he thought, appraising the vast, but mostly empty space within his Broader Existence. 'But lucky for me, it seems possible to bring the Aigas' familiar process into the wider reality.'
Summoning the essence of Eklhesh, supported by Maximum Jaqquezjaqqz, Skullius invited it into his Broader Existence.
'I may not be able to do anything grand with it yet, given that I've only been exposed to so little of it, but this should be possible.'
Eklhesh controlled space and distance. At a glance, it wasn't immediately clear what made it so unique when there were many experts who could already control space, but the essential idea behind the aspect (when fully mastered) was supreme control over space and distance, regardless of scope and depth – whether on a world, in the void, the wider Reality, or even the Broader Existence.
Focusing intently, Skullius placed the strands of Eklhesh in the space between two Andori.
With a thought, Skullius crushed the distance between the two, and they came crashing into each other in a violent fashion!
