Kalarn's expression turned solemn. "We got the paintings…"

"I know." The ambassador nodded with a serious expression, looking at the armored vehicles that the embassy had just sent.

"Hello, Mr. Ambassador. I am Jonathan. I will be escorting you to the embassy."

"What is our plan? Do you know what's at stake?"

"No. However, the country seems to be placing a huge importance on this matter. Unfortunately, there is no way for us to enter this country. So, we will be escorting you with what we have, first to the embassy, then to the border. Our army should be waiting on the border."

"Got it." The ambassador turned to Kalarn.

"I have called my daughters. They will be joining us at the embassy."

"All right, then." The ambassador nodded with a solemn expression. "Let's go."

The people from Curea left. They needed to hurry because the fewer people knew, the less bloodbath they would have to encounter.

It could be said that these five paintings were enough to topple a country.

As a military asset, it was priceless. If not for the fact that they were Clovis' allies, they wouldn't be able to get their hands on these paintings.

More importantly, once people knew about the effectiveness of the paintings, the fight for these paintings would become even fiercer, especially in the next auction, as Clovis promised.

Meanwhile, Jeremy looked at both of his subordinates. "What do you think?"

"You are wise, sir. To be able to secure a painting like this…"

"I'm not. My granddaughter is just better than me." Jeremy chuckled. "How is the preparation going?"

"We have secured the transports as well as prepared the new protocols as you intended. We will be escorting you back to the mansion and tightening the security."

"Then let's go."

Unlike Jeremy, the Blue Ocean Group was not so lucky.

They might be one of the top groups in the country, but with so many people eyeing the paintings, they had to work hard to the point where they had to make an alliance.

That was right. In exchange for the usage of the painting together, these people would be helping the Blue Ocean Group safeguard the painting.

This meant they wouldn't be able to monopolize the painting.

Fortunately, the world had yet to know about the paintings, so there were fewer enemies.

So, even if there were bloodbaths, the impact was less than anyone expected.

Still, the most nonchalant would probably be Principal Vhalor.

The moment he came out of the building, a large convoy was already waiting for him. This convoy was a joint operation between the military and his academy.

"Well, hello guys." Principal Vhalor waved with a smile. "Let's go back, shall we?"

While the tension was rising for those who had the painting, Clovis' focus was on something else.

Gerald had returned, so Clovis could hand over all the tools from Another World Mall.

Gerald might not see the descriptions from Another World Mall, but Clovis had given him a brief description. After experiencing the effect of the food from Another World Mall, Gerald had no doubt about these items.

So, he immediately brought them back to their secret headquarters, where Michael was treated.

"I'm back."

Gerald saw Aisha grabbing a bandage to cover the huge wound that ran from the right shoulder all the way to the left waist.

"Ah, my love. Please wait a moment. If you want to use the bandage, use this one instead." Gerald rushed to her.

"Hmm?" Aisha frowned. "There doesn't seem to be anything different about this bandage."

As someone from the academic world, it was hard for her to trust that an item could be so magical. Even this world or the unique abilities could be explained.

"No need. I don't need any treatment. I can recover from this small wound in no time."

"And because you say that, I'm not going to let you, Father." Aisha snorted and grabbed the bandage.

"I've got plenty of things from Clovis. This bandage is said to be able to close the wound faster. There is also this medicine that Clovis claimed to have a restorative effect. And all this stuff… let me explain to you."

Aisha felt the explanation was ridiculous, but she just couldn't say anything bad about them. After all, these items came from Clovis.

"Ugh… This is not scientific." Aisha sighed. "And the drug hasn't been tested."

"Well, it's not like Clovis is going to kill his grandfather, right?" Gerald shrugged.

"As I said, I don't—" Michael couldn't finish his sentence as Aisha tossed the small pill into his mouth. "What the hell did you do?"

"I'm going to use everything on you every time you complain." Aisha harrumphed.

"Is this how you treat your elder?"

"Because we almost lost you."

"Wha—" Michael was taken aback as if he had just misheard something.

"We almost lost you, Father." Aisha's voice cracked.

That voice stopped Michael from saying another word. Her expression reminded him of what happened when they lost Lily.

Michael shut his mouth and lowered his gaze. "Sorry."

Aisha harrumphed and just treated him while glaring from time to time.

"This…" Michael actually felt the difference before the treatment was over.

"What? Are you going to spout more nonsense?"

"No. I think you may need to remove the stitches pretty soon." Michael suddenly pushed the bandages to the side.

"Wait. Don't mess with—" Aisha wanted to stop him, but she suddenly saw his wound. "This…"

The wound was actually recovering much faster than she had imagined. Even with treatment, she thought Michael would need a year to recover.

But the fact that it already looked better in just a couple of minutes, Michael might not need that long to recover. "This… is not scientific."

"It looks like my grandson is extraordinary. Hahaha."

"Shut up! Even then, you shouldn't have removed the bandage. I have to close you up again, you old geezer!" Aisha's eyes turned bloodshot.

"…" Michael gulped and looked at Gerald, who was already looking away.

"Now, shut your mouth. No matter what you find, don't do anything stupid. I'm not going to redo my treatment for the third time."

"…Yes."
