Luxian looked at him briefly for nodding and left the room.

Moying’s room was three rooms down. A little corner that had slowly become his territory.

Moying stayed with Liuxian most of his adolescence so it was understandable if he felt that Guiying was the guest here.

Liuxian knocked twice, then said his usual line "Little Mo, I’m coming in. Be sure to have some clothes on.."

He didn’t hear a scuffle so he wondered if Moying was asleep.

"I’m coming in." He said again as he opened the door.

Moying was laying down, headphones on so he didn’t hear Liuxian knocking.

He sat up when he saw Liuxian, closing the laptop and removing his headphones.

"Big bro, you’re back."

Liuxian nodded and took his seat, the chair was placed strategically so he could see Moying and at the same time be at the corner of the room.

"I am. How was Tiajin? Did you do anything interesting while being on the run?"

Moying shook his head, he had moved to the bed bench now.

"Really? Well that’s too bad." Liuxian had a smile on his face but it only made Moying tense up.

Had he done something wrong?

Why was his brother angry?

"Then I’ll get down to business. As Zhang Wei told you, you’re going to be under my care now, if you don’t want to get married, you won’t. You’re still young, you don’t need the burdens that come with marriage. I’ll get mom and dad , mom especially to drop it so you can live your life freely."

Moying’s eyes brightened, when he heard it.

This wasn’t a joke right?

"You’re not kidding right?"

"No, I wouldn’t have told you to come home if I was. As my younger brother it’s my job to push you onto the right path and that also means saving you from unwanted marriages.."

Moying beamed! The battle was finally over.

"Big brother Xian you’re the best, I love you.."

Liuxian laughed, then gestured for Moying to sit down back with his finger.

"I also have a request. I’m about to partner with Yang Entertainment, and I want you to become one of their A-list artists.."

Liuxian gave Moying a hard stare "What’s the matter? You like to sing, you’re good at it and you want to make your own music. I’m giving you the opportunity, sure you don’t have to break your back like other trainees to get it. There would be a closed audition for you, but knowing I’m your older brother , they’ll definitely let you in, even if you had no talent." Liuxian stood up and walked to the bed bench, where Moying was.

"But you actually have the talent. As my gifted little brother, I don’t want your talent to go to waste. I want you to dazzle them over and over again, just as you dazzled me. I know mum has tried to downplay your love for singing and I know it’s been hard fighting for what you love. But now’s your chance. You can be your very best now.."

Moying sighed, if his brother was serious about this then he should be serious about it.

"You really think I can do it?"

Liuxian smiled and ruffled his hair "I know you can, I’ve seen your lyric notebook, you were the top of your class in art school, I know you’ll do well and if you ever run into trouble, I’ll be there to lend a helping hand."

Moying smiled, all the encouragement he never got from his parents. He got it from his older brother.

All the love, care and support all came from older brother and sister.

He was truly blessed to have them.

"Well then. It seems you have no issue with it. I’ll be leaving now, be sure to tell Tiantian you’re back, she’s been fretting non-stop."

Moying nodded, then he stood up and bowed.

"Thank you for everything big brother Xian. Without you—"

"Chill, no need to go too far. You’d be fine without me as well. No need to repay me or anything. Just live yourself and live well. That’s enough for me. Now I’ll get going and no beefing with my wife.."

Liuxian nodded, then everyone was settled then.

He turned to the door. "Goodnight Kiddo."

After he strolled out of the room, he stretched slightly, he’d have to apply those pain relief patches again if he wanted to move freely tomorrow.

He paused when he got to the door.

Would Guiying think he was too old if he was him applying the patches??

Oh the woes of having a younger spouse.

Still he had to accept that he had bad back pains.

And he really needed to visit the doctor soon.

He kept postponing it, he didn’t know how long those pain relief patches would keep him.

Signing, he opened the door and walked in.

Guiying was already there.

He had changed into his sleepwear, the soft kind, and was sitting cross legged on Liuxian’s bed with his phone, his small toiletry bag on the nightstand beside him, the bear slippers lined up neatly on the floor.

He looked up when Liuxian came in.

"Done?"

Liuxian nodded and walked to the closet to grab the pain relief patches.

Then he walked to the mirror and took of his shirt.

"What are you doing?"

Liuxian didn’t answer immediately, he opened the pack and flexed his back.

Looking for the area of concentration.

He was applying the first patch when he replied "What does it look like? I’ve got old man back, I need to apply these relief patches so I can move properly tomorrow..’

His attention wasn’t on Guiying because he was applying the patch, when he looked up again Guiying was in front of him.

"Let me help.." Liuxian looked at the patch in his hand then smiled.

"Alright. Here you go.."

He turned, waiting.

Guiying’s hands slowly landed on Liuxian’s back, tracing every muscle.

So this was the back of a billionaire.

It was strong, but only on the outside otherwise, he wouldn’t be having back pains.

"Guiying..." Liuxian’s breathed, bitting his lips.

"Yes?"

"Hurry up and place the patches. You touching my back that way arouses me.."
