"Fujian Province."

"Why suddenly go to Fujian Province for travel? Are you going alone?"

"Yes."

Chen Feng sensed something was off in Wu Mengting’s tone and asked with a frown, "What’s wrong? Is it because of me?"

"It’s not because of you; it’s my own reason. I just want to go out to clear my mind."

Wu Mengting finally said a few more words, her tone and attitude became somewhat normal.

"But you shouldn’t go alone."

"I’m an adult now; are you worried I’ll get lost?"

"I’m worried about the danger of you being alone out of town. After all, you’re a woman, and a beautiful one at that. What if some bad person targets you?"

"If you’re really worried, then fly over to accompany me."

"...Is tonight okay? I’ll fly over and be with you tonight."

Chen Feng hesitated slightly before agreeing, genuinely concerned about her being alone as a young woman.

Bringing someone along now was purely for security and a lively atmosphere.

After spending over half an hour at the maternity center, Chen Feng left.

First, he drove back to Red Villa Bay to pack some luggage, asking Sun Xiaorui to drive him to the airport.

In fact, he could have directly gone from the maternity center to the airport, but considering that after the trip with Wu Mengting, he might return to Lu City together, driving himself to Xiu Zhou Airport and parking the car there seemed inappropriate.

On the way, Sun Xiaorui was silent; she only responded when Chen Feng spoke, otherwise remaining quiet.

Upon reaching the airport, Chen Feng watched Sun Xiaorui drive off in his Porsche before heading into the terminal.

Three hours later, Chen Feng’s flight landed successfully in Fujian Province.

When Chen Feng met Wu Mengting at the hotel, it was already past nine in the evening.
