"Ahh… another day in the Abyss," Nuk muttered as he heard the growls of demons mixed with the sound of flesh colliding like atomic bombs.

The thick scent of blood filled the air as his demon body rejoiced.

This was what demons loved.

This was what they desired.

And he was getting it.

He was more than excited…

He was happy.

Nuk's demonic feet trembled slightly as he crouched close to the ground.

Instantly, he could feel the earth trembling beneath him while shockwaves spread across the skies.

Demons fought like beasts as battles erupted endlessly throughout the Second Abyss.

Although Nuk loved this environment, his life was far from safe.

At any moment, he could be attacked by a Peak Rank 0 demon.

The creature stood nearly seven meters tall.

Its body was larger than a house.

It possessed twelve massive legs covered in thick hair, while the tips of its limbs ended in deadly spikes instead of humanoid feet.

Its upper body consisted of two massive arms nearly four meters long, while countless twisted faces were wrapped around its torso.

Nuk suddenly jumped upward before delivering a direct kick.

The upper half of the High Rank 0 demon exploded into a mist of blood as its massive body swayed before collapsing onto its back.

A dark soul floated upward.

Nuk calmly grabbed it and swallowed it whole.

His body was refined repeatedly by the intense energy as he felt every pore in his body open wide.

Nuk felt space tremble violently as his scales exploded apart.

An attack.

He could not dodge in time.

A fist buried itself several inches into his chest.

But alas, the creature reacted quickly.

It instantly detached its own arm and retreated.

Nuk realized he had been surrounded.

Dozens of High Rank 0 demons stood around him.

Of course, they were not united against Nuk.

Each one intended to kill and devour the others.

Hundreds of High Rank 0 demons were slaughtering one another, and the place where Nuk landed was practically a death trap.

An explosion erupted as Nuk curled his body and crossed his arms defensively while his body was blasted away like a cannonball.

Then he pressed forward once more, grabbing another demon by the tail before hurling it high into the air.

He stepped on another demon as leverage before driving straight through the abdomen of the demon in the sky.

Blood splashed across his face, but it was not over yet.

As he fell, Nuk suddenly felt an overwhelming sense of dread.

A flying demon had locked onto him.

Its speed had already surpassed ten times the speed of sound and was still increasing as it dived directly toward Nuk like a living missile.

But Nuk could not fly yet.

How was he supposed to control himself midair?

Just then, he noticed the corpse of the falling demon.

Instantly, he stretched out his hand and barely managed to grab it.

Then Nuk positioned the corpse beneath himself as he bent his body and placed both fists against it.

His crimson eyes locked onto the approaching bird-like demon.

And the moment the timing felt right...

He leaped slightly upward.

The bird demon collided directly with the dead demon's body, instantly shattering it into ashes.

Nuk felt his heartbeat skip for a moment.

But he survived.

Without wasting a single second, Nuk grabbed the bird demon.

Heavy punches smashed into its head repeatedly as it instantly lost consciousness.

But Nuk did not stop.

He continued punching it again and again, each strike forcing them to descend faster…
