Abyssal Sovereign: The Demon's Dominion
Chapter 430 - 429: Acknowledgment of the Abyss
Some time ago…*
Void and his slaves stepped through the portal, returning to the Abyss. As Void had expected, they arrived in a new layer.
The Fifth Layer of the Abyss.
Unlike the chaotic nature of the Second Layer or the lava-filled First Layer, the Fifth Layer was far more subtle.
Darkness covered most of it, yet within that darkness, one could sense countless pocket dimensions.
But these weren't just planets.
They were more like multiverses.
Each appeared as a tiny glowing cube suspended in the void, and each one housed a Rank 4 entity. Every cube was as vast as a multiverse.
The inhabited ones glowed.
The dark ones were empty.
Void could sense numerous Rank 4 auras spread across the regionbat least in the millions—and that was only in the area they had appeared in.
If expanded further, that number would multiply many times over.
"Let's choose our new home," Void muttered as he and his slaves flew forward, passing glowing cubes and heading deeper into the darkness.
Time here was almost nonexistent, so they had no idea how long had passed before they finally found an empty one.
Without hesitation, Void descended into it, followed by his slaves.
The multiverse that unfolded before them left them stunned.
Could this still be called a multiverse?
A vast expanse of sub-realms stretched endlessly, mimicking the structure of the Abyss itself
From the First Layer to the Fifth Layer, where Void would reside.
Not only Void, but the others were equally stunned.
The Abyss truly knew how to take care of its own.
Even without directly depending on it, they could grow their own Abyss.
This made Void recall his title. The difference was that this was still within the Abyss while for him, no matter where he was, he could create a miniature Abyss within any multiverse.
Another thing to note
This place looked almost identical to the Abyss itself.
Void was filled with nostalgia as memories of his hatching, the battles, the confusion, and everything about being a demon resurfaced.
But now…
His domain was empty.
There were no eggs in the First Layer.
No demons.
No life.
Just endless terrain.
Void trembled slightly as information flooded his mind, guiding him on what to do.
With a wave of his hand, he and his slaves appeared in the Fifth Layer of his domain.
It was… everything.
Endless greenery, magma flows, waterfalls, every environment imaginable.
Void was stunned.
According to what he now understood, the Fifth Layer, unlike the others, could be completely reshaped according to his will.
It could become purgatory… heaven… anything.
Void was impressed.
This was acknowledgment of his current strength.
With that in mind, Void imagined Earth and instantly, the layer transformed.
A version of Earth appeared, untouched by human civilization.
Birds emerged out of nowhere.
Seas gathered into vast oceans.
Creatures of the deep formed—both normal and mythical. Leviathans swam beneath the waters.
It became a mythical world.
Void nodded.
Roars of dragons echoed across the land, and Linkir and the others felt the overwhelming difference in level.
Void had already shown he could move them anywhere without resistance—but this…
He could reshape an entire multiverse.
And it was still just a "home."
Of course, they didn't fully understand it—they weren't Rank 4 beings.
But one thing was clear:
Void had reached a level they could only look up to.
That Rank 4 being had said it himself—just breaking through to Rank 4 could take millions of years, not to mention they have to
reach the peak of Quasi Rank 4 first.
For them, they would need an enormous accumulation of souls and merit—destruction offered to the Abyss—before even gaining the opportunity.
As for the new world before them
The creatures were weak.
Even the strongest only reached Rank 3.
To Void and the others, that was insignificant.
"You should build where we will stay. I will claim this. Once I do, demons will begin to appear here, so be prepared. You'll have to control them," Void instructed.
Before they could even respond
he was gone.
Void appeared in the First Layer of his domain.
To claim an uninhabited cube, one had to reveal their true Rank 4 form and let their blood touch the ground.
Simple.
Without hesitation, Void returned to his true form.
His height stretched across thousands of thousands of mythological units.
His existence felt like an extension of reality itself.
Laws surrounded him.
Origins coiled around him like serpents.
The entire cube trembled.
Even from the Fifth Layer, Linkir and the others could sense him annd yet, they couldn't see him.
He was there.
They knew it.
A suffocating aura choked them.
But his true body existed on a different level of existence—one they could not physically perceive.
They couldn't interact with it.
If they tried
they would be destroyed.
That was the truth of Rank 4 bodies.
Those below Rank 4 could barely endure even witnessing their true form.
"Get back to work," Linkir ordered, snapping the others out of their daze.
They immediately began building.
Now that they had seen the true capabilities of Rank 4…
Their desire only grew stronger.
And among them
Alayot wanted it the most.
He was certain, once he reached Rank 4… his race could be created.
The difference between Rank 4 and the others was immense.
Rank 4 beings interacted with deeper layers of existence. Their knowledge and understanding were far beyond those of Quasi Rank 4.
Linkir and the others quickly got to work. Various materials, known as the strongest across universes, began appearing one after another as a massive mansion took shape.
This would not only serve as their home but also as the place where Void would welcome other Rank 4 demons.
Void was no longer just a demon.
He had risen.
He had become something more.
To the outside world, he would be called many things
A Demon God.
A Demon Emperor.
And countless other titles.
He had stepped into the same realm as Mephisto… and other ancient demons who brought chaos across realities and shook entire multiverses.
Very soon, Void's name would be known across countless multiverses.
---
Back at the First Layer…
Void's body felt almost astral in nature.
It was intangible, yet solid.
Incorporeal… yet undeniably present.
With a single thought, his body trembled and a drop of blood, as vast as a universe, formed and fell.
Its speed surpassed time itself as it struck the ground.
The moment it made contact, the entire cube began to shake. Lines resembling infinity symbols spread across the surface, engraving themselves into existence.
Then
an ancient voice echoed:
"The demonic name Orisis… has been accepted by the Abyss."
"Void has broken through to Rank 4. Demons, rejoice and serve him. His name has been written into the Abyss. He shall exist for eternity—and unless the Abyss itself is destroyed, he will remain."
BOOM.
The voice resounded from the Fifth Layer of the abyss down to the First.
All demons below Quasi Rank 4 bowed in response.
Threads of fate moved and wrapped around Void as he perceived the destinies of countless demons converging toward him.
He had become one of the power players...
one who would shape the future of the Abyss.
The lives and deaths of demons would now depend on the decisions he made.
Void could feel countless gazes landing upon him. 𝑓𝘳𝘦𝑒𝑤𝑒𝘣𝘯ℴ𝘷𝘦𝓁.𝑐𝑜𝑚
There was no doubt
every single one of them belonged to Rank 4 beings.
