Chapter 450: Chapter 438: Proper Arrangements

All the unfairness in the world is caused by the lack of strength of the parties involved, harsh though it may be, it is the reality.

Chen Feng has become the apex predator of this land, all people and all resources have a clear goal, which is to serve him.

The Half-Elves acted swiftly.

After obtaining supplies, with merely a simple rest, they migrated to Death Island as a whole tribe. Here the forest is dense, although most of the wild beasts and insects have been slaughtered, there are still some small animals left whose attacking power is not prominent, thus even though Death Island lacks the Behemoth’s wild aura, it gains a trace of tranquil life force.

Mata really likes it here.

When she saw Chen Feng again, her cheeks were somewhat flushed, the tribespeople might still not understand what they exchanged to obtain the supplies.

Chen Feng is not stingy towards his own people.

Since it was not conquered through force and they possess intelligence not inferior to humans, the Half-Elves were recruited into Order. They were given a piece of land of their own, considering their living habits, Chen Feng even ordered the goblins to build a row of wooden houses like the Elves.

Delicious food, stable homes, and subjects who do not appear as cruel as imagined; at this point, some conservative Half-Elves finally let go of their reservations and chose to become a member of Order.

Habits.

This requires a process.

Chen Feng does not believe in verbal promises, so after stabilization, the Half-Elves need to exert their strength to serve him.

He will not raise a group of idlers.

Half-Elves are excellent forest explorers compared to Natives; trained by them, it won’t be long before Order has a batch of excellent Scouts.

It must be mentioned that there are many skilled fighters among these Half-Elves.

There are two Silver Peak experts, namely the delicate Mata and a girl named Izso who has a tail.

She is different from Mata; she does not have pointy ears nor color-changing eyes, instead, she has a long slender tail.

Druid.

She is a being with Druid blood.

Druids perform Divine Techniques, except their power comes from nature rather than specific Gods. Druid magic is closer to nature and animals. With experience, aside from magic, they acquire many special abilities, including transforming into animals.

Druids must be familiar with an animal to become that animal.

Historically, some mighty Druids might even ally with proud Giant Dragons, all to get accustomed to them and thus gain the ability to transform.

Like Elves, Druids are enthusiasts of nature; to some extent, their passion even surpasses that of Elves.

They have an extreme disdain for humans; in the Druid worldview, it is the emergence of humans that weakens the forests and animals. To protect the environment, under certain circumstances, they might even resort to extreme measures.

This girl named Izso possesses Druid blood, she has a natural affinity for nature; perhaps because she has yet to mature, her transformations tend to be somewhat incomplete, resulting in some Beastman features appearing.

Furry ears, tails, or a pair of wings.

Chen Feng gazed at the other party, and Izso was quite curious about Chen Feng too; she dared more than Mata, when she noticed Chen Feng was looking at her, she not only did not shy away but puffed out her chest instead, although its size is not even half that of Flora, she nevertheless remains proud. 𝗳𝗿𝐞𝕖𝘄𝗲𝕓𝗻𝚘𝚟𝕖𝐥.𝚌𝕠𝕞

Mata and Izso.

Both possess Silver Peak strength.

This counts as an unexpected surprise; this is the downside brought by different races. If humans had such strength, they could gather their own support team anywhere.

But Half-Elves are different; without a professional to translate, they simply cannot communicate with people, leading to many misunderstandings.

Aside from the Silver Peak, the team of over two hundred has contributed eight Silver Tier and thirty-six Bronze Tier professional warriors.

Chen Feng fell into deep thought.

This is quite a strong team.

He did not become arrogant because of these powerful individuals, instead he pondered how to use means to control them and thus use them for himself.

Giving a little favors, leads to demands for greater ones.

Chen Feng understands he cannot just pamper them, this would leave them feeling he is weak; compared to Dark Elves, these Elves belonging to nature are relatively more genial, but in their bones, they admire powerful leaders.

A weak leader will earn their friendship but never their loyal devotion.

It seems contradictory, but that’s the reality.

After stabilization, Chen Feng will have someone teach them the rules of Order, and violators will be ruthlessly punished.

"Lu Wei."

Chen Feng tapped the wooden chair he sat on, and the latter bowed and immediately displayed a look ready to obey orders.

"You will arrange the rules for these Half-Elves, don’t be too gentle, make sure they understand the consequences of breaking the rules."

"Yes!"

As a staunch supporter of Chen Feng, Lu Wei never showed any significance because of tasks, perhaps that’s the difference between Believers and Fanatics.

"Mata, go register a list of your tribesmen, especially focusing on those with strong abilities. In a few days, I will arrange for them to go to other places to teach, if they satisfy me, I will give them the rewards they desire." Chen Feng said to the front.

After hesitating for a few seconds, Mata immediately bowed, her voice like an oriole responded: "Yes, my lord."

Chen Feng will not let those strong elves stay together; although with the current strength of Order, their power is insignificant, but dispatching them outside not only allows them to teach warriors but also prevents their unity; killing two birds with one stone.

"I said before, whatever you want, first you need to learn to give."

"I am not a stingy person, if you contribute to Order, I may even award you some managerial rights."

"Compared to the homeland you speak of where you live under others, here if you perform well, I will reward you with more land, you don’t need to look at anyone’s face here, this is your home, you can completely choose to thrive here."

Chen Feng slowly stood up.

Turned his back.

Leaving only to Mata and Izso, no matter how one views it, an awe-inspiring back shining with glimmering rays.
