"It’s nothing," Xiao Jie said with a smile as he supported her, explaining, "It’s just experimenting with the newly learned Visualization Technique, starting simple and then going complex, just practicing."

"Visualizing a rabbit? You do have quite... a childlike interest." An Ran suppressed a laugh, struggling to get up from his embrace, only to find that Xiao Jie’s arm had naturally, firmly encircled her waist, showing no intent to let go.

"Ahem, by the way... can you let go?" An Ran’s face slightly flushed as she reminded.

"Of course," Xiao Jie agreed readily, but instead of releasing her immediately, he curled his lips into a mischievous smile, "But before that, I have to do something."

"What are you going to..." An Ran hadn’t finished her sentence when she saw Xiao Jie’s face suddenly move closer.
