[Tranquil Light Realm], is considered one of the most renowned ’Labyrinths’ on Terra Continent, with a hundred-year cycle of activity.

During its active period, even during the day, one can see streams of light rotating and swaying beneath the Tranquil Sea, resembling trails. At night, it is even more radiant, with the surface of the Tranquil Sea calm and wave-free, while deep within, torrents of luminous currents flow, depicting scenes as if from the clouds.

It is practically a reflection of the Domain of Void, where the material world and Spirit Energy world intertwine.

It can even be said that the nations surrounding the Tranquil Sea in the western region of Terra are continually in conflict, and relatively speaking, there’s more Spirit Energy inheritance due to the precious Spirit Energy resources in the Realm of Light.

However, delving into the Realm of Light is also difficult... not to mention the Silent True Demon stationed at the entrance, simply entering requires permission from all major powers around the Tranquil Sea.

Unless these major powers plan to jointly explore during the Realm of Light’s active phase, obtaining recognition from the City of Knowledge, Seven Cities Alliance, Fiery Flame Land, and Far Shore Island, to enter the Realm of Light for resources or research, is practically impossible as an individual.

Except for Ian.

It didn’t take Ian much effort to gather these permits.

The new head of the City of Knowledge hasn’t yet emerged, Kerraith’s Fragmented Soul’s marks are still usable, the simplest to obtain.

Kerraith’s Fragmented Soul has been staying in the Silverpeak Domain recently, happily researching the Arcane Pathway with Master Gravie and Master Gossay, having long forgotten that his main body is still sealed, exuding an air of ’I can move, I am the main body!’ When Ian asked for the marks, there was an impatient tone, but Ian was happy for their research; funding is ample, he has results, and the researchers have work, a win-win!

As for Far Shore Island, Ian has recently been cooperating quite happily with it on the New Continent, and since Ian defeated the Ashen King earlier, asking for a permit seemed natural.

Azure Star herself has already guessed that Ian was the one who copied the ’Azure Star Server’ data. She intended to say something, but given Ian provided a lot of data regarding the Heart of Terra, and various virtual world structures from previous civilizations, she refrained from speaking much and happily upgraded the dream world.

While Seven Cities Alliance does not have much cooperation, the alliance and the Western Empire, namely Carlos, have a tacit relationship. In this era of grand disputes, when both sides have extensive trade relations, giving some face is not surprising.

Especially the Fifth Energy Level of the Seven Cities Alliance, already advanced in age, with hard-to-find successors, would rather remain transparent, forging good relations with everyone.

Lower Flame Domain isn’t by the sea, the hardest part is really the Upper Feiyan Land, the permit held by the Pupationer.

But it was only relatively difficult.

While Ian was governing Lower Flame Domain, starting large-scale arrests and execution of criminals, Pupationer tried negotiating cooperation with Ian to capture criminals in Upper Feiyan Land.

To this, Ian, surprised, naturally agreed. Pupationer did not distance himself but sought cooperation actively, a pleasant surprise, and killing more scum is certainly not a bad thing; he doesn’t mind making Feiyan Land’s soil more fertile.

And after choosing to cooperate with Ian, Pupationer, Savaga Nemasas realized the grand alliance surrounding Ian.

Firstly, Silverpeak Domain, namely South Ridge Duchy itself, is a rapidly developing new force full of vitality.

The rapidly developed steel troop, drone units, and various heavy artillery units during the demon war have now become extremely powerful special units. As the origin of the Arcane Pathway, South Ridge Duchy boasts incredible potential, comparable to major powers like Steep Ridge Fortress and Seven Cities Alliance.

And after Ian defeated the Ashen King, holding two shares of Top Seat’s Blood, the duchy’s potential skyrocketed into the major powers’ forefront: no one believes Ian would hand these two shares of Top Seat’s Blood to others; whether Adalbert, Yisen Gard, or True Dragon Xio, all have the potential to reach Fifth Energy Level.

If the duchy genuinely produces two more at Fifth Energy Level, it could rival The Empire and Azure Sky Royal Court, equivalent to the same level of comprehensive warfare and Yanjiang.

Yet The Empire is not Ian’s enemy — even the Top Seat’s Blood was brought back by Ian. Now, whether East-West Empire, towards Ian, is quite friendly, various cooperation, even mutual dialogues, require Ian as an intermediary, even saying Ian is the adhesive for East-West Empire reconciliation.

And the Seven Cities Alliance, led by The Empire, naturally has an excellent relationship with Ian.
